Who is collecting the information and what type of information is collected?

When you visit our website, certain information is automatically collected concerning your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) including information about your browser type, IP address, dates and times you access the website, time zone and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

Data regarding individual web pages that you view, what search terms referred you to our website and information about how you interact with our website is also collected. 

If you are using a mobile application, our servers may collect information about your device name and type, your phone number, your country of origin, and other interactions with our application.  We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

A Touch of Nola is the controller of any data that passes through this website. In this capacity, I will not sell or rent your information to any third parties and I will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information is obtained through my website in three ways: anonymously, directly and by a third-party.

Anonymously : The anonymous information I collect may include your IP address, which device you are using, which country you are located in, which website pages are accessed and how long you may spend looking at different website pages. Your IP address is encoded and not visible to me; you will not be identifiable by this data.

Directly : The direct information I collect is when you make an inquiry. This data will be your name, address, phone number, email address and customer support regarding product details.

Third Party : Should you want to make a purchase you will be directed away from our Site To Etsy.

Necessary cookies are essential for the Site to work as intended. You may disable these cookies but various parts of the Site may become unavailable. DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

Our Semi-Custom Collection Suites are intentionally designed. We cannot offer major changes to any Collection piece beyond the personalization options stated on Etsy's product  description page.

When you receive a proof, it is your responsibility to review it for any errors, such as spelling, date, or punctuation. Once your item has been approved and is sent to print, we cannot make any further changes. If your item has been sent to print with an error that you failed to correct during the proofing process, you will be responsible for any reprinting costs.

PRODUCTION TIMES/PROOFS

Once your order has been placed, your first proof will be sent 1-3 days after receiving your order. Your proof will be sent through Etsy convo for approval so please either check into Etsy frequently or turn on your conversation email notifications. No orders will be sent to print without approval. If you fail to include any required information on your order (such as event date, location, etc.) we cannot proceed with your order until such information has been provided to us. We may follow up with you regarding this information, but it is ultimately your sole responsibility to provide us with complete information. The design of your piece will not begin until we have complete information from you; therefore, all production timelines which may have been provided to you cannot be guaranteed until and unless you provide us with all necessary details and information.  We are not responsible for any delays that may occur in the design and production of your order due to your failure to provide us with any and all necessary information. NO EDITS can be made after the proof is approved & sent to print. Orders canceled after the physical production process has begun (i.e. sent to the printer) will not be refunded in any way.

PRICING

Any and all pricing listed on this website represents the full retail price in United States dollars. We are required to collect sales tax from you even if you reside in a state wherein we have no physical presence, pursuant to South Dakota v. Wayfair.

SHIPPING

Your order will ship to you in about 10 BUSINESS days after your proof is approved & will be shipped to your address provided on your Etsy order. All packages are insured during shipping, so if there is any damage to your order, replacements will be provided as long as proof of the damage is provided for the insurance claim. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer be responsible for its handling. A tracking number will automatically be assigned to the shipment, but we will have no access to information regarding progress of the shipment beyond the tracking information provided by the USPS. Because we ultimately cannot control the final timeline of the shipment once it has been turned over to the USPS, we strongly encourage you to place your order as early as possible to avoid any delays. If your shipment comes back to our studio for any reason, we can ship out again for an additional shipping fee. To avoid returned shipments, please ensure that your shipping address is correct at Etsy checkout or get in touch with us before your order ships. Once the shipment goes out the door, we are not able to adjust shipments.

RETURNS

All A Touch of Nola sales are final. Because our products are made specifically to your specifications, all orders are not eligible for return. If there is a printing error due to a mistake on our part, the item will be reprinted at no cost to you. If there is an error in the proof provided to you and you approve the incorrect design and/or wording, you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting.
