Design Fees are charged when my creative services are required for but not limited to: fully custom suite creation or the creation of a new invitation for a venue not currently shown on my site.

Due to the personlized nature of our products A Touch of Nola does not accept returns or allow exchanges.

A first proof will be sent 1-3 days after receiving your order. Proof(s) will be sent through email for approval. No orders will be sent to print without prior approval by the customer; proofing errors are ultimately the responsibility of the customer.
